During the fight between Minato Namikaze and Tobi (in episode 248 The Fourth Hokage's Death Match of the Naruto: Shippuden anime, or chapter 502 and 503 of the manga), Minato escaped from Tobi's Kamui, despite having been caught in the technique unexpectedly.

Minato is ambushed by Tobi, who tries to send Minato away. Using the Flying Thunder God Technique Minato quickly escapes, but Tobi follows after him. Realising that Tobi's strength and knowledge is too abnormal, Minato questions if Tobi is truly Madara Uchiha, but states it is impossible, as Madara Uchiha is dead. Tobi speculates on the matter.

Don't over compliment Minato. 99% of shinobi would not be able to counter obito in a one on one fight. Obito could have easily summon Kurama outside Konoha and have him launch tailed beast ball barrage and decimate the left before the Kage new what hit them.
